SHIPPING
Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days to either the home address or clinic.
Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ
Ambleside Veterinary Hospital not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery.
Orders will not be refunded due to inclement weather conditions.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Orders that are shipped to our Hospital , can be picked up normally within one to two business days. We have limited storage space so please try to pickup the order within 5 days. Any errors on orders that are shipped directly to your home must notify the Hospital and will need to be brought to the Hospital for a refund/return. Not all items can be returned. Any returns MUST be made within 5 "business" days from the date of shipping or there may be a 15% restocking fee charged.
Any pet food shipped to home cannot be returned.
